Input your data
Instructions
1. To use the tool to predict the risk of diabetes:
Input your data prompted by the text on the left.
Press the "Example" button to show the example data.
Press the "Reset" button to clear the input and re-enter.
Press the "Submit" button to begin the classification.
Waiting a moment and your results will be presented in web page.
2. The tool can allow the user to enter any of these features to get the risk. When the user does not give the feature value, the tool background will automatically assign a zero value.
3. Predicted risk score (PRS) greater than 50 is classified as high-risk (indicated by the red area on the dashboard), PRS value between 13 and 50 (inclusive) is classified as moderate-risk (indicated by the orange area), and PRS value of 13 or below is categorized as low-risk (indicated by the blue area).
4. Personalized interpretability:
The arrows show the influence of each factor on prediction. The blue and red arrows indicate whether the factor reduced (blue) or increased (red) the risk of diabetes. The combined effects of all factors provided the final value f(x), which corresponded to the prediction score.
Base value is the reference value that the feature contributions start from.
The final score f(x), calculated based on feature, matches the risk value displayed on the dashboard above when multiplied by 100 (rounded to the nearest integer).
