About phosphorylation sites datasets

The S/T sites datasets contains 5387 positive and negative samples. The Y sites datasets contains 102 positive and negative samples. All samples were further divided into training set and independent test set by an 8:2 ratio. As a result, the number of positive samples at of the S/T and Y sites in the training set was 4308 and 81, respectively, and the number of positive samplesthose at of the S/T and Y sites in the test set was 1079 and 21, respectively. The number of negative samples in training set and independent test set is the same as the number of positive samples.
