O-GlyThr

The O-GlyThr is a tool for prediction of O-glycosites linked to the threonine residues in Homo sapiens. We set the threshold of distinguishing positive and negative samples at 0.5, which means a "T" residue can be identified as a O-glycosite if its probability is 0.5 or higher.
