Herbal Carbohydrate Database(HerbalCDB) is a carbohydrates database platform that integrates species information along with detailed chemical data for various compounds, such as IUPAC name, CID, molecular weight, molecular formula, and structural representations. This platform enables efficient search and analysis of carbohydrate data, supporting multiple search methods including carbohydrate ID, IUPAC, CID, molecular formula, InChIKey, and taxonomy for swift identification of target glycans. Additionally, HerbalCDB incorporates other tools, including NMRShiftDB, to predict NMR spectra based on SMILES, enhancing its analytical capabilities.
