Here, we use the network localization and separation algorithm to provide you with a network medical analysis method that can elucidate drug-disease associations by calculating the shortest distances between drug targets and disease genes based on the human interactome network. In addition, we choose to display targets with shortest distance <= 1 for network visualization.
Steps to use:
1. Input your EntrezID
2. Submit the analysis
Attention：
1. Separate EntrezIDs with spaces or commas.
2. If EntrezIDs are not available, Gene Symbols can be converted to EntrezIDs using the following panel.
3. When entering Gene Symbols, separate each Gene Symbol with a space.
4. After converting to EntrezIDs, paste them into the appropriate input box for analysis.
